Castle Dairies appoints Simon Hamblin as new General Manager

Welsh butter producer, Castle Dairies, appoints Simon Hamblin as its new General Manager.

Hamblin joins the family-run business from Greencore and prior to that, Sales Director at Samworth Brothers. Hamblin boasts more than 25 years’ experience at senior levels in some of the UK’s largest food and drink businesses, including his role as Commercial Director at Greencore for over 5 years.

Hamblin will lead the company’s strategic growth as the business expands over the coming years. He will be accountable for both Operational and Commercial functions of the business and will lead the management team to develop the business further.
