Have you noticed that many modern butters taste quite bland and are as hard as ’rock’ when you take them out of the fridge?  Castle Dairies takes the flavour of its butter very seriously - investing in a butter churning process that not only retains those natural ’buttery’ flavours but also produces a softer butter which is a little easier to spread from the fridge.

Conventional Packet 250g Butter

Castle Dairies Welsh Butter Brand (salted)
Castle Dairies is able to offer a Welsh butter both churned and packed at its dairy in Caerphilly.  Specially selected fresh Welsh cream is supplied from approved dairies in Wales which is both churned and packed to a Welsh recipe giving an outstanding ’buttery’ flavour. This butter is packed into the company’s own distinctive butter wrap which carries its brand. 

Castle Dairies Creamery Butter Brand (salted)
This product is offered under the Castle Dairies Creamery Butter brand.  The dairy carefully selects the butter that goes into this brand so that its customers can be assured they are purchasing a quality product which will perform well in both domestic and commercial kitchens.   

Processor and Retailer Own Label salted and lactic unsalted butter
Castle Dairies supplies some of the largest processors and retailers in the UK with own label  packet butter. If you would like us to supply and pack your butter, please let our sales team know.

Pack Presentation and Format
All the butter is packed to a 250g pack size and available in both parchment and foil wraps.
Case formats are available in 10x250g, 20x250g and 40x250g presentations.  SRP outers are also available if requested.

Organic Packet 250g Butter

Castle Dairies Organic Butter (salted)
Available in the company’s own brand, this butter is  made from the finest fresh organic cream and both churned and packed at our dairy.  This product has an outstanding rich ’buttery’ flavour.

Castle Dairies Organic Butter (Lactic Unsalted)
This product is provided in the company’s own brand.  Using only the finest fresh organic cream this unsalted butter will provide both outstanding flavour characterisics and shelf life durability.
