Our Services

Our priority is to provide our customers with a high quality product which includes value for money.  This formula has been succesful as we now carry out contract processing work for some of the largest dairy companies in the UK and also supply a range of major retailers with packet butter.  From our processing site in Caerphilly we are able to provide the following services

Bulk Butter Sales.  We supply both Salted and Unsalted butters in 25kg blocks.

Contract Processing.  We are able to take in our customers’ cream (tanker or pallecon deliveries) and process this into bulk 25kg block butter for them.  If required we can then process this butter into packet 250g butter blocks under the customer’s own brand.

Contract Packing.  We are able to take in our customers’ bulk butter supplies and pack this into 250g packet butter supplied in either foil or parchment wrap and placed into case sizes of 10x250g, 20x250g or 40x250g depending on customer requirements.

Supply and Pack.  We purchase both cream and butter on a regular basis and are therefore able to offer our customers packet butter either in their own brand or our brands.

Organic.  We have been processing organic cream and butter since 1997.  We are able to offer bulk and packet organic salted and unsalted butters.
